Twitter announced a new site and mobile app overhaul yesterday. They explain further on this dedicated website and blog post, but here are the highlights of what you need to know:
The Goal:
A simpler and cleaner layout
The Changes:
New tabs across the top of the screen (Home, Connect and Discover)
The Tabs:
1. Home – the main Twitter feed of users you follow
2. Connect – contact other users directly
3. Discover – find popular or trending topics and hashtags as well as followers’ activity
Twitter is rolling out the new design over the first few weeks, our account has been updated and we are liking the changes! What about you?
